Selling Cars

"Hello. my name is Ed Dancel. I've been selling cars for Southfield Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram since 1997. Yup, that long. I really love this dealership and what I do here. In fact I still find it very excting when I see my customers drive off in their brand new cars with big smiles on their faces. It's amazing how many relationships I've made over the years just selling cars. My customers know and trust me and they come back to me again and again. My job is to make sure that they get the best possible service, the best possible deal and to make sure that their buying experience is fun, easy, painless, quick and convenient."

Time For Smaller Police Cars?

USA Today, Nov. 20

Why must police cruisers always be full-size, often rear-wheel-drive sedans, USA Today asked. Some departments are taking a chance on smaller police cars, saving gas and setting a good example, the paper noted. The latest is the police department in Belvidere, Ill., which turned a new Dodge Dart into its latest public safety vehicle, the story said. Notably, the Dart gets 24 miles per gallon in the city, 34 mpg on the highway in its thirstiest form, USA Today noted. There's room for a small police car, the paper said. Cops love big police cars, both for the space for them, for their computers, shotguns and equipment and to allow for the barrier between them and the handcuffed suspects they carry in back, the story said. But with gas prices soaring and departments under budget pressure, the time has come to consider more fuel-efficient patrol cars, USA Today said.
